International Desk & Cross-Border Representation

Any client with interests in Morocco or abroad — with no restriction of nationality

This unit gives formal shape to the firm’s international dimension, irrespective of clients’ nationality. It is addressed to any individual or legal entity — resident or not — facing a legal, estate or financial situation involving both Morocco and a foreign country. Work is carried out on the basis of a duly constituted representation mandate, allowing the firm to act in the client’s physical absence. All fourteen of the firm’s services are available in a cross-border context.
